COC Song Contest? Is that an even gayer version of the Eurovision Song Contest? Yes, it is! The Netherlands with Willeke Alberti only collected 4 points at the Eurovision Song Contest in 1994. That meant that The Netherlands didn’t to take part in the 1995 edition of this festival. The LGBTQI community came into action after this disgrace. The national LGBTQI organization COC organized a national Song Contest.

Amsterdam selection for COC Song Contest

For the first time in many years, COC Amsterdam branch is participating in the Song Contest. And the Amsterdam branch wants to win!
