Club Cockring in the Warmoesstraat has been closed on July 7th. Two weeks ago during a police raid hard drugs were found and it was established by the police that at least the doormen knew that there were drug dealers in the Cockring. For the maire of Amsterdam this was reason to board up the popular club.

If it will open and when at this moment is not known. But with this closure it is getting very quiet in the gay party scene. Maybe some enterprising persons should open up one or more gay clubs?
